Career Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

- Coach: (James Price) and Client (Any Individual Booking a Service)

Together referred to as "the Parties."

1. Services Provided

The Coach agrees to provide career coaching services to the Client, including but not limited to goal-setting, career planning, job search support, and personal development coaching. Coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom.

- Number of sessions: 1 session, up to 3
- Length of each session: 15, 30 or 60 minute session based on client’s choice
- Coaching period: 8/5/25 - ongoing

2. Fees & Payment

- Total Fee: $20, 30, 35, 60, 70
- Payment Method: Wix Payments via Stripe

- Payment Schedule: Full payment due before first session 

Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of Coach-initiated cancellations.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed or canceled sessions without notice will be forfeited.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared by the Client during sessions will be kept confidential by the Coach, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or financial/legal advice. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding career outcomes. The Client is fully responsible for their decisions and actions.

The Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching relationship.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. In such cases, the Coach will provide a prorated refund for unused sessions (if applicable).

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
